A world leading supplier of high technology glass approached E3 Displays to complete the optical bonding of their Anti-Reflective next generation glass to a Super Narrow Bezel 55-inch LCD.
Three major issues that the customer was having with a current supplier:

This project presented multiple custom display challenges with a very time sensitive deadline that we were able to overcome.
After reviewing the various formulations in the suite of E3 Materials Liquid Optical Clear Adhesives (LOCA), the E3 technical team chose a formulation designed with high adhesion required to eliminate delamination, and special formulation properties that eliminate background uniformity issues that can occur on large format LCDs. This formulation was developed for large format optical bonding.
The E3 technical team selected a unique material that adhered to the exposed LOCA, and was black in color, eliminating the side reflections and transmission of light through the sides of the optical bond adhesive.
The units were fabricated during a holiday break utilizing the solutions identified above and with 100% yield. Our solutions achieved the customer’s objectives and were packaged and delivered on schedule via a rented cargo van by E3 to ensure that the display systems arrived on time without damage. The customer’s event was a success.
Through the process our E3 team was able to provide a complete custom solution and deliver the product on time and within the project budget. Furthermore, our client success means our success and that’s why we have been able to establish and maintain multiple long-lasting relationships within the digital signage industry.
